Wolf Larsen
(of Leytonstone Honey) is named after a cat who used to watch me when I checked the beehives in the garden. I've been beekeeping since 2015 and since then I've grown to love it more and more. I've met some really interesting people along the way and am still learning a lot. Bees are bloody amazing.

Urban honey arguably tastes more delicious because the plants the bees find here are so much more varied compared to acres and acres of the same crop. Honey bees forage within about a three mile radius from their hive so they will be visiting Wanstead Flats along their journey as well as all the gardens of Waltham Forest!
